We put our stakeholder - investors, property managers, and tenants - interests above ours. Our tenants have a clean, safe, and dry place to live. Our Property Managers have the authorization to do the right thing. Our investors get paid first.As Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) we legally have to do work with our stakeholders from this perspective.
